It would be nice to be able to add a thumbnail or trim the beginning of the video in the platform. We go LIVE with our clients and do case studies on social. We then take the recordings and upload here - so we can share them across our pages easily. I am finding that the image on the page is either a black zoom screen or sometimes even just a weird expression when clients do their own testimonials. This is making our page flow feel off a bit.
