Feature Requests

My current biggest pain point is the setup process, specifically writing the initial copy for the collection landing page. And even more so, trying to come up with the right questions. I often end up with vague answers because I don't know the best way to prompt my clients, which leads to vague, less useful testimonials. I would love a new feature where I could simply paste the link to my product/service website, and the AI would automatically generate the perfect collection landing page copy based on the content of my website and strategic, high-quality review questions specifically designed to guide my clients and ensure I receive rich, actionable feedback. This feature would make the entire testimonial collection process seamless, intelligent, and highly effective.

Have more visuals customization options for embed widgets

In addition to the current widgets (and the earlier suggested feature of implementing more widgets as seen on Senja.io ), dynamic and animated Popups would be super cool, even featuring a video.

As a Socialjuice user, I can collect images in reviews, or add screenshot reviews to the dashboard.

It would be nice if there was an option to white label this platform. Offer this under an agency name instead of " SocialJuice.io ".

Auto Import reviews from Google, amazon etc... Possibility to select imported reviews

Enhance the tool by enabling the collection form to support multiple languages. Implement AI-powered automatic translation of reviews into the desired language. This feature would be particularly useful for websites available in multiple languages, allowing testimonials to match the language of the website's visitors seamlessly.
