We're super excited to launch Socialjuice Review Gates, the best way to shield of 1 stars reviews from being public immediatly.
Here's how it works:
Instead of sending people directly to Google or Trustpilot or any other review platform, you send them to your new review gate first. Here they can click the star review they want to give. If they click 4 or 5 (or your chosen threshold), they're redirected to Google, if not, they get to see the internal feedback review forms. This way people can still tell you about their experience, but they're not immediately public.
This uses the same form settings, so you can of course also translate this page, change the text, the background, or the logo.
